Books and more from HUP
Harvard University Press (HUP) has over thirty six (36) RSS feeds to offer. Majority of them provide a brief summary of HUP-published books and the rest provides announcement and links to events and podcasts. Those that provide a summary or description of the books can be used as a good selection tool for those interested and for those who habitually buy from HUP.
The RSS page is informative and easy on the eye. A brief description of RSS and how to use it is provided on the right side of the page. And HUP even encourages the use of their feeds on other websites of course with the usual legal proviso:
We encourage the use of Harvard University Press RSS feeds as part of a web site, subject to our Terms and Conditions.
We require that proper format and attribution is used when Harvard University Press content appears. The attribution text should read “Harvard University Press” or “from Harvard University Press.”We reserve the right to terminate or change the RSS feed service to you, or to block referrers from your web site at any time without prior notice.
You must provide a link to our home page [www.hup.harvard.edu] in close proximity to the content provided by us. web crawlers must be able to index the link to our site. [ Source]
