FeedDemon 2.0
Nick Bradbury announces FeedDemon 2.0 Beta 1 on his blog. They have decided to skip FeedDemon 1.6 and go straight to version 2.0, which will be a free upgrade for all FeedDemon customers.
It’s a pre-release but v2 should make it easier for new users to get started, and make it easier for power users to deal with information overload! There’s a new “subscription overview” which provides a summary of your subscriptions - including which ones you pay the most and least attention to. Looks good!
Download it here.

I use FeedDemon to manage my 500+ RSS feeds (no I don’t read them all). It’s a great tool, and I’m really impressed with the usability improvements in recent versions.
I haven’t installed 2.0b1 yet - I’m undecided whether to run a beta version for something I rely so heavily on … might wait for the first release candidate.
