MyTunesRSS is an application for configuring and starting some sort of iTunes-server. You can access this server with any web browser, search your iTunes music library and create an individual play list. This playlist is published as an RSS feed with the feed items containing links to the music files. These files are served through the webserver as well.

Thedownloadsblog writes: it is a Java application that lets you enjoy your iTunes music from any device that has network access to your computer, without using iTunes’ sharing feature. It contains a Tomcat web server and an application from which you search your iTunes music library and generate a playlist, which is then published as an RSS feed with links to the music files, which are served by the web server. You then access this playlist from any device capable of receiving podcasts, like a PSP, for example. It supports MP3 files and unprotected AAC files.

Since MyTunesRSS is pure Java, you can run it on any platform supporting Java 1.5 and iTunes.
