OPMLWorkstation is around for some time but they’ve released a new version this weekend. OPMLWorkstation.com is a service to create, import, convert, host and publish OPML files. The site has an online OPML editor and will host your private or public OPML file (via Emily Chang). Oh, and be sure to also check out opmlsearch.com and the OPML-wiki list of OPML Bloggers here.
