Zoho Projects adds more language and RSS

by Juned on September 29th, 2007

Zoho Projects added more value-added features to its service, notably RSS feeds [Source]. This would enable users and administrators of Zoho Project to be updated almost instantly about the task and progress of a particular project. Zoho Projects is an online project management software application available from free to premium accounts - check the price range of services here.

The blurb from their websites reads:

Adminstrators & managers can be up-to-date now, thanks to RSS feeds support. A couple of options available here - RSS at the individual project level and at the account level (combined feed for all projects). The feeds are HTTP authenticated and so use a RSS feed reader which supports authenticated feeds.[Source]

The RSS icon is tastefully and clearly seen at the front page: It is not hard to miss.

I am quite surprised that the RSS feed was not introduced much earlier or even when the application was introduced. Oh well, Better late than never.
